The Kiln House

Cooking is a great life skill and once children learn the basics they can try new dishes and be more experimental with food.
Cooking is creative and when children appreciate what they are doing and know how to handle ingredients, they are more likely to enjoy a healthy and balanced diet.

The CHILDREN'S COOKERY WORKSHOP 8 years upwards is a fun way to learn and within the 3 hour workshop there is scope to work individually, with a partner and as a member of a group. The best thing about cooking is sharing the results with your family and enjoying a meal you have prepared yourself is so rewarding. THE IDEAL BIRTHDAY GIFT.

The Cookery Workshops are all run by Sue Hampshire who completed her training in Cheltenham before entering the Hospitality Industry as a profession.
Before taking early retirement her lecturing experience covered a wide range of Certificated courses in the Further Education sector.

The Children's Workshop stems from her childhood days learning basic cooking skills with her mother. The memories of Farmhouse Fare along with the wonderful aromas produced in the heart of the home are still strong today.
Sue has a clear Criminal Record Bureau check.
